Kings Cross lies just North of Central London between Camden and Islington. Originally the area was unpopulated but in the 18th century become a popular Spa and attracted 100’s of fashionable visitors each day.
In later years the area, home to one of London’s largest train & tube stations became a light industrial area with cheaper properties. The area also became synonymous with sleazy nocturnal activities.

Millions of pounds have been spend on improving the area and this in turn has attracted many of the property developers. The area has been cleaned up and boasts some lovely apartments many of them backing onto the Regents Canal. The area has also exceptional public transport links and is close to both the West End and The City.
