Abaco Estates is a privately owned agency specialising exclusively in Sales, Lettings and Management. Its founder partner continues to manage the Agency with a "hands on" approach.

Abaco Estates prides itself on its pro-active work ethic and dogged determination to place quality Tenants in suitable homes. Our Tenants are a mixture of corporate and high calibre private individuals.

We always have a large selection of properties from studio flats to large ambassadorial houses on our books. Should there not be a suitable property in house, we offer a free property sourcing service, taking the arduous legwork away from our Applicants. We offer the same service to our Landlords by wholesaling their properties through the market place, thus maximising exposure at no extra cost. We are also able to offer a rent guarantee to Landlords.*
