From our centralised office we cover a large part of North, North West and Central London incorporating the City and West End. We are open 6 days a week and our hours are 8am-7.30pm Monday to Friday and l0am - 6pm on Saturdays.

All property valuations are handled by a partner who is able to offer a free valuation together with advice on how to maximise rental returns.

Our Management department has state of the art software together with a large selection of fully insured contractors and tradesmen. We undertake property inspections, arrange full inventories, schedule of dilapidation, payment of bills, payment of service charges and routine maintenance. We are able to offer additional services such as insurance, refurbishments and furnishing.* Our Management service allows us to tailor make the service you need. We also have a facility for management accounts to be accessed by our Landlords, via a secure Web site.*

We offer our Landlords maximum exposure by wholesaling their properties through the market place, at no extra cost. We are also able to offer a rent guarantee to Landlords.*
